A Training Center for Actors​
Through classes, camps and workshops, the Actors Playhouse offers a creative space for actors to learn and practice the skills needed to perform on stage and on screen. Classes are taught by industry professionals and teach real-world on-set performance techniques. At the Actors Playhouse, it is our goal to provide the NM community a place to get together and work on work on all things acting.
Improv Training at The Box​
The Box Performance Space and Improv Theatre is pleased to continue its focused course of improvisational comedy study.
Our curriculum allows students to elevate their understanding of improv and comedy through a series of courses devoted to scenic work and character development. Our courses are great for improvisers, actors, and anyone wanting to boost confidence levels.
Improvisation is an excellent tool for creating comedy, developing acting skills and improving public speaking. It’s also a great way to work effectively within a group, and is incredibly fun!
